As our Product Manager, you'll define, develop, and evolve our automated design tool for electrical engineers and contractors. This challenging role involves working on a complex AI-driven product, playing a pivotal role in transforming the industry. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and this individual contributor role can be located in Canada or the USA. Requirements

  • You have shipped SaaS products or large features designed for expert users in complex domains, driving measurable growth in traction and revenue
  • You have planned, conducted, and led both qualitative and quantitative research with internal stakeholders and external customers, using these insights to inform product decisions and prioritization
  • You have worked on products requiring a deep understanding of both customer workflows and the underlying engineering challenges, and have balanced trade-offs between technical constraints and product goals

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the workflows of electrical engineers and contractors, ensuring the product aligns with their needs
  • Define, prioritize, and launch new features that expand the scope of design activities automated by ACP, measuring the impact of these features post-launch
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by serving as a bridge between engineering, product, design, and other teams, facilitating communication and alignment at critical stages
  • Establish and improve processes to measure ACP’s reliability and performance, conducting root-cause analyses and collaborating with engineering to prioritize improvements
  • Develop and execute data-driven product management processes, defining and reporting on key product metrics to guide decision-making
  • Take ownership of product delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and launching AI/ML-powered products or technologies
  • Familiarity with 3D authoring tools
  • Construction industry experience
