Senior Product Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience in financial platforms to lead the development and optimization of internal tools for our financial operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong product management skills, extensive experience with financial platforms, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact internal solutions for finance departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on internal tools and systems
• Proven experience working with financial platforms
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for internal tools used by financial operations teams
• Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of the financial operations teams
• Partner with finance, accounting, compliance, and other relevant teams to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and drive adoption of internal tools
• Leverage expertise in financial platforms to integrate and optimize these tools within the internal tool ecosystem
• Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of internal tools
• Develop training materials and programs to ensure effective use of internal tools by the financial operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B or financial technology company
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience
