Senior Product Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to own the customer data and account platform within our B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity management and customer data, and previous success in identity solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on customer accounts and data
• Proven experience working with customer accounts and data
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for customer accounts and data
• Conduct thorough user research to understand the needs and pain points of internal users of customer data
• Define and work across the organization to implement a robust customer data strategy that touches systems including financial, CRM, website, and tangential RB products and services
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B technology company
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for improving user experience
