Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Twitch as a Senior Product Manager, Platform to drive the strategic direction and execution of our Identity, Security, Data Platform, and Enterprise Product Technology portfolios. As a critical product leadership position within our Platforms and Services Organization, you will enhance customer trust by creating delightful user experiences that secure user data and support internal teams in maintaining the safety of all our users.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or formal mentorship role
• Experience in user authentication, data security, and privacy best practices
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (e.g., design, legal), and guide the team through key milestones
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Registration and Authentication experience on Twitch; ensuring a seamless, secure, and delightful account creation process that drives growth and user engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business partners, to define and prioritize product roadmaps and feature requirements for the Registration and Authentication experiences
• Lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the Enterprise Product Technology and Data Platform portfolios, fostering their professional growth and development
• Work closely with the senior leadership to align product initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives
