Summary

Join Two Six Technologies' Corporate Innovation team as a Senior Product Manager and contribute to developing cutting-edge capabilities for US National Security. You will manage product accelerator projects, launch new products, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage stakeholder relationships. This mostly remote position requires a strong understanding of the national security landscape, proven product management experience, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be located in the DC metro area and possess experience with agile methodologies and complex technical products. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on accelerating growth by incorporating innovative technology, and cross-product integration
  • 5+ years experience working within the national security and/or defense industry
  • Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas
  • Strong understanding of the US national security ecosystem, including government agencies, contractors, and relevant regulations
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams with a service mindset
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a high level government security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Accelerator Projects: Translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
  • Launching New Products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Local to the Washington metropolitan area
  • Start-up experience in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Experience working with complex technical products and systems
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to national security (e.g., AI/ML, cybersecurity, autonomous systems)
  • Active Top Secret security clearance
