Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher

Responsibilities

  • Manage UpGuard's integrations, driving long-term strategy, medium-term prioritization, and day-to-day execution across the integration product squad
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build and refine integrations with various third-party platforms, enhancing the value of UpGuard’s products
  • Quickly react to new integration opportunities as they arise, assessing their value and prioritizing their development
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our integration documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly
  • Work collaboratively with other UpGuard Product Managers to ensure integrations are effectively leveraged across the platform
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to effectively communicate the value and capabilities of new integrations to customers and prospects
  • Understand the competitive landscape to ensure UpGuard’s integrations are industry-leading
  • Ability to spot commercial opportunities
  • Serve as a thought leader in integrations, comfortable communicating with a wide range of audiences, including customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing integrations or API development projects
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions
