Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, responsible for the reporting product and tools that help enterprises prioritize their efforts to stay secure and compliant. The role involves developing strategies, understanding customers and market, and shaping the product team culture. The candidate should have 4+ years of product management experience, customer-focused mindset, systems thinking, curiosity, empathy, user-centric approach, and prior experience in reporting & analytics, governance and compliance, or delivering products to enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with GTM to understand our competitive landscape and what enterprises need to effectively operate a scaled security and compliance program
• Systems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for your product area
• Deeply understand our customers and our market, to build solutions addressing key pain points and opportunities for competitive advantage
• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
• Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow

Preferred Qualifications

Have prior experience in the security and compliance space or an interest in learning about security
