Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Vanta as a Senior Product Manager for the Test Automation Platform (TAP) team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. You will deeply understand our customers and market, developing the strategy and roadmap for Vanta's overall test experience. This involves distilling complex problems into prioritized product goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. You will also contribute to defining Vanta's product team culture. Success in this role requires extensive product management experience, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Have prior experience working on no-code automation workflows driven by integration/API data
• Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
• Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our customers and our market
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s overall test experience, which comprises the customer’s entire journey from creating and managing their tests to the remediation process of debugging and fixing tests
• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
• Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
• Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow

Preferred Qualifications

Data analyst experience, including SQL
