Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in Product Management, particularly within platform and technology environments (experience in the gaming domain is a plus)
- Familiarity with key tools and platforms: Snowflake, Grafana, GitHub, Miro board as well as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in a scaled-up, high growth, fast paced environment with a strong focus on the customer
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to effectively engage with Engineering teams
- Demonstrated abilities to effectively manage priorities and timelines, and proactively identify risks before they manifest into material issues or blockers
Responsibilities
- Manage and design core platform capabilities that align with business goals, ensuring the platform is reusable, scalable, and robust
- Work closely with the Strategic Product Management team to align platform capabilities with product vision, strategies, and business goals, and provide options for feature depth versus engineering effort
- Create, update, and communicate the platform delivery roadmap for prioritized features, managing dependencies and risks throughout the process
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Security teams to manage non-functional requirements such as capacity, scalability, and security, ensuring successful delivery of platform solutions
- Select and manage platform vendors, ensuring SLAs/SLOs are met and that expenditures are within budget
- Define and track success metrics to measure platform performance and drive continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary education in Product Management, Computer Science or other relevant field
