Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in marketplace, care coordination, or operations-heavy businesses with experience managing high-impact projects with limited resources and competing priorities
- Highly technical, hands-on problem solver β comfortable troubleshooting, writing code, designing solutions, and leveraging new technologies to enhance product capabilities
- Operationally minded, with a deep understanding of workflows, logistics, and service delivery
- Data-driven decision-maker, skilled in leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and improvements
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, working effectively with engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Proven ability to scale complex services in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Track record of launching successful products and features in agile environments
- Clear, concise communicator, with strong writing and storytelling abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in child care, elder care, home services, or gig-based marketplaces
- Strong understanding of compliance and background check processes, including Trust & Safety, provider vetting, and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in payment processing, reimbursement workflows, and financial compliance
- Hands-on experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related service industries

- Salary Range: $142,000-$155,000/year
