Summary
Join Wrike as a Product Manager for Core Product and work with a top-performing engineering team to drive core product improvements. This critical role involves defining strategies to simplify user experience, building a roadmap, and delivering innovative features. You will be responsible for stakeholder communication, gathering customer insights, engaging with enterprise customers, driving innovation, managing the product roadmap, and using data to guide decisions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive product management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Remote work is available for Estonian residents only.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience with B2B Enterprise products is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to different audiences
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to inform product decisions
- Ability to understand complex systems and develop platform-level capabilities that simplify the end-user experience
- Creative thinker who can drive innovative solutions that meet customer needs and enhance user experience
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among teams. Understand the language of developers and challenge when needed
- Ability to partner with UX research and design closely to validate and test new concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between product development teams and various stakeholders. Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and updates to ensure alignment and transparency
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand needs and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements and enhancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers. Work closely with them to understand their unique challenges and ensure our product meets their needs
- Drive innovative solutions that significantly impact a large portion of our user base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and launch new features and improvements
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic importance and customer impact
- Analyze product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Past experience in Work Management or Workflow management products
- Amplitude knowledge
- User Research techniques
