Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years of experience managing broader product scopes in start-up or scale-up environments
  • Strong expertise in product marketing, copy, and communications—skills that drive product success and user engagement
  • Experience working with two-sided marketplaces, with a focus on marketplace payments
  • Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution
  • A user-centric mindset that balances customer needs, business value, and company strategy to deliver impactful results
  • A collaborative leadership style that fosters teamwork, communication, and trust under high-pressure conditions
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on measuring success and continuously optimizing solutions
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area in alignment with overall company objectives
  • Impact the overall product strategy by collaborating with the Product leadership team and ensuring customer-first thinking is at the forefront of product decisions
  • Lead the development of innovative product solutions across multiple domains to drive growth and engagement for Wunderflats, handling large, high-impact initiatives
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including founders and cross-functional teams, throughout the product discovery, development, and execution phases
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions by gathering and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Lead and mentor your agile team, setting clear milestones, driving execution, and optimizing processes to meet deadlines and deliver results
