Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join ZipRecruiter as a Senior Product Manager for the Job Seeker Understanding team and drive improved user experience and significant revenue growth. You will work with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop a roadmap focused on enhancing Job Seeker understanding through models and services. This role involves managing the Job Seeker Multi-Task Learning (MTL) framework and leveraging generative AI. You will identify, validate, and prioritize a roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage project execution, and build alignment with stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in product management and data science, along with proficiency in SQL and Python. Requirements

• BS/MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years professional experience in product, with previous background in data science, engineering, or ML-centric product management
• Practical proficiency with SQL, Python, and related analytical tools and platforms
• Experience leading and driving product roadmaps with proven leadership in cross-functional team management, driving execution and enhancing team productivity

Responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and prioritize a balanced roadmap of short-term and long-term bets to level up our models focused on matching Job Seekers with jobs and marketing qualified candidates to Employers
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional machine learning-driven user experiences for job seekers and employers
• Manage project execution and define go-to-market strategy and communications
• Build alignment toward a long-term vision with key stakeholders and partners, and be a strong voice and influencer for effective data management across domains

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years combined professional experience in product, data science, or engineering
• Experience leading and driving machine learning roadmaps
