Requirements

  • Min. 3- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience building complex type of B2B SAAS products
  • Strong experience in product discovery, driving early state user research
  • A solid command of agile product development methods and tools, preferably Jira/Confluence/Miro
  • Experience creating product roadmaps and driving features development from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions
  • Innovative mindset & hands on mentality ensuring you & your team deliver result within the given constrains
  • Problem focused and user-centric, you are motivated to provide the best user experience while answering the business needs
  • Pragmatic and hands on, able to drive results with your team on your own, achieving company targets
  • Thriving and enjoying working in cross-functional teams (with e.g., tech, UX/UI design, sales, operations, etc.)
  • Fluent in English with German

Responsibilities

  • Work on our end 2 end B2B platform that supports PV installers in optimising their sales & installation process, fueled with AI
  • Drive and ensure prioritization of product roadmap & backlog to maximize the team’s impact
  • Empathize with different user types to provide an easy to use and intuitive product
  • Lead product discovery, engage with customers, extract jobs to be done and pain points and translate those into product opportunities
  • Drive market & competitor research to inform product strategy
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including ideation, development, and go-to-market strategies and with this being able to identify areas of improvement and development
  • Constantly measure and evaluate improvements & product performance with metrics
  • Manage the projects scope and timelines and ensure alignment between all involved parties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong plus: domain knowledge in renewables and energy market
  • Plus: experience with and around energy products and/or electrical engineering
