Summary

Join Grammarly's Billing team as a Product Manager, Cloud, and drive the vision and strategy for a scalable, accurate, and flexible billing solution. Requirements

  • Prior experience with technical products, fintech, or B2C/B2B commerce, ideally in billing or payments
  • Can drive learnings, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity
  • Has a deep technical understanding of how billing infrastructure works at scale, ensuring a high level of performance, reliability with controls, and monitoring to ensure a high-quality service
  • Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset that allows them to collaborate deeply with data science while also driving independent analysis
  • Can effectively communicate and influence product and engineering teams from a developer-experience and data-driven lens
  • Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset understanding to define success and move critical metrics

Responsibilities

  • Work across Grammarly to define and expand our billing platform to address immediate needs and also serve for the long term
  • Present to engineering, product, and leadership on quality insights and strategic initiatives
  • Partner closely with the Payments, Data Science, Enterprise, Go-to-Market, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to optimize and drive subscription growth
  • Use quality insights and data to influence roadmaps and drive improvements across our systems and infrastructure
