Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products
- Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement
- Experience running A/B tests and applying statistical techniques to evaluate outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, design, clinical, and operations stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Experience working in a two-sided marketplace, with a strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics
- Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Experience designing product solutions for highly sensitive, trust-dependent user experiences
