Senior Product Manager - Cyber Security

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions that solve customer problems in a fast-paced environment, using product discovery & OKRs
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build both internal/external relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision and company OKRs
• Deeply understand customer requirements and problems through product discovery, user research, data analysis, and market trends. Translate these insights into product requirements and user stories
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, legal, customer success and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch
• Define GTM plans with the product marketing team to deliver and communicate a clear and precise launch strategy for your products
• Have previous experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships and understanding the needs and business requirements of our MSP and partner network, with a strong focus on growth
• Embrace agile methodologies and utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating new technologies and trends in cybersecurity and product development
