Senior Product Manager - Fraud Prevention

Requirements

• Experience leading impactful product development and with a proven track record
• Result-driven and data-oriented, with a proven ability to use metrics and insights to iterate and deliver outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments
• Collaborative and approachable being an effective communicator who builds trust and works seamlessly with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, with experience leading teams in fast-paced, iterative development environments
• Prior experience in product development

Responsibilities

• Reduce fraud-related losses and improve operational efficiency, directly contributing to the company’s bottom line and the health of the ecosystem
• Design solid product features and experiences that positively impact millions of users, corporate clients, and partners globally, balancing security with seamless customer experiences
• Build, communicate, and review your product strategy with internal stakeholders to get the buy-in and ensure support to the fraud prevention initiatives
• Drive product planning, build and manage a well-thought-out roadmap of your product
• Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure that we extract actionable information and knowledge from raw data, that supports good product decisions
• Create OKRs, goals, metrics, KPIs and track their progress
• Manage our backlog and lead meetings with engineers, data scientists, designers and stakeholders
