Requirements
- Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across teams
- Knowledge of partner incentive structures, GTM campaigns, and MDF programs
- Strong project management skills with a bias for action and measurable outcomes
- Able to thrive in a high-growth, rapidly evolving market
- 5โ8 years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 2โ3 years supporting partner or channel ecosystems
- Strong understanding of partner GTM motions including VARs, MSSPs, distributors and alliances
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skillsโcomfortable simplifying complex topics
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with partner portals, asset management tools, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; technical background a bonus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain compelling, partner-ready messaging tailored to different partner types (e.g., MSSPs, VARs, cloud marketplaces, alliances)
- Collaborate with partner and field teams to create co-branded assets, joint solution positioning , and partner-specific sales narratives
- Drive partner GTM strategies aligned with product launches, campaigns, and regional initiatives
- Support partner enablement, onboarding, and activation through content, playbooks, and solution briefs
- Build and maintain a robust library of partner-facing assets, including battlecards, datasheets, solution overviews, and training materials
- Translate product capabilities into value-based messaging partners can use to sell into their markets
- Monitor and synthesize market trends, partner business models, and competitive offerings to inform messaging and differentiation
- Stay current on evolving channel dynamics
- Collaborate closely with Partner & Field Marketing, Channel Sales, and Alliances to support GTM execution and adoption
- Source customer stories and proof points to support marketing and partner initiatives
