Requirements
- Proven track record of 5+ years product management, with data and analytics experience (B2B required)
- Has led transition from old to new analytics tech for enterprise clients
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated a portfolio of successful data analytics products deployed on modern cloud data warehouse within the Global 1000
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data management, analytics, and visualization technologies
- Experience managing complex projects across teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules in a remote-first & internationally diverse (global time-zones) environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytics concepts into actionable product requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills; document, socialize & archive product artifacts
- Understand the economics of product(s)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including high proficiency or fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate across functional teams with different βlanguagesβ (Engineering, Sales, Services, etc)
- Expertise leading client working groups to drive roadmap direction and execution
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery and production definition experience
Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, & execute an integrated analytics strategy and roadmap across multiple market segments and geographies
- Partner with Data & Analytics Engineering team to build and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure data infrastructure and platform
- Identify opportunities across the business to drive adoption for data and analytics solutions, partnering with peer product managers to ensure alignment on strategy
- Drive conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around product direction, messaging, positioning and go to market strategies
- Interact with a global customer base for project discovery, client working groups, validation of customer adoption and success
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact
- Develop product / project metrics and a means to measure success from a financial & end user perspective
- Develop strategies for clients where there is a mix of deployment approaches (on-premise, hosted, SaaS)
- Present / demo / influence customers, prospects, peers and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, AzureDev Ops, SharePoint and ProductBoard (not mandatory)
- Knowledge of corporate legal software / workflows in matter management and eBilling or prior experience with ERP financial software (not mandatory)
- Experience with platform product management, prioritization and organizational alignment of multiple teams working together (not mandatory)
