Summary

Join HubSpot as a Senior Product Manager for Deal Intelligence and play a crucial role in developing software that helps sales representatives close more deals. Lead the vision and direction of Deal Intelligence in Sales Hub, collaborating with design and engineering partners. Guide new product ideas from concept to launch, driving alignment and motivating cross-functional teams. Become deeply familiar with sales team operations through customer engagement and data analysis, shaping efficient workflows within HubSpot. Use data to identify opportunities for improvement, devise strategies, and partner with stakeholders to create solutions that help customers grow. This role requires experience launching products successfully and owning product vision from creation to execution. Requirements

  • Experience launching products successfully to customers
  • Experience owning a product vision from creation to execution
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
  • The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
  • A desire to deeply understand how HubSpot products work, and how our customers leverage them today
  • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision and direction Deal Intelligence in Sales Hub, a suite of experiences dedicated to helping sales reps effectively win more deals
  • Operate as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically - alongside dedicated Design and Engineering partners
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Become deeply familiar with how sales teams operate, through frequent customer engagement and data analysis, and shape the optimal way for salespeople to work efficiently within HubSpot
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred but not required: experience building products for sales teams or other customer-facing roles

  • Annual Cash Compensation Range: $175,000 — $210,000 USD
