Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of demonstrated success driving business outcomes, managing trade offs, and delivering iterative solutions in enterprise SaaS environment (bonus points for EdTech)
  • You are experimental and curious; you love to test ideas, learn quickly, fail fast, and iterate
  • You are a natural leader with the ability to build cross-functional alignment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • You love to tackle complex problems and have a knack for identifying the right solution through a mix of customer discovery and strong product instincts
  • You have experience conducting customer-focused discovery and user research with diverse audiences in the field
  • You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to articulate nuanced strategic decisions to a variety of stakeholders
  • You are highly accountable for your work; you own problems from beginning to end with urgency

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of the strategic context and key challenges facing Ellevation with a special eye on the Strategies domain
  • Learn about how Ellevation products operate and integrate with one another
  • Develop familiarity with business and product strategy
  • Develop rapport with peers and key stakeholders across the business
  • Shape strategic decisions in the Strategies domain
  • Work cross-functionally to develop a strong feedback loop between customers and the team
  • Perform discovery against key problems to solve and drive iterative delivery of key features
  • Establish influential, high-trust relationships in key spots across R&D and Commercial organizations
  • Ensure team is delivering high-impact business outcomes
  • Help craft ambitious strategy for the product line aligned to overall business and product strategy
  • Collaborate with other product leaders to improve the way our products integrate with one another
  • Continue to grow influence across the organization
  • Take full ownership over the domain
  • Work with R&D Leadership to set multi-year strategy in the space
  • Drive key outcomes in the Strategies domain which ensure Ellevation is in a position to build towards our multi-year goal of serving 70% of the EL’s nationwide
