Remote Senior Product Manager, Voice Payments and Capacity

Summary

Join the team as Twilio's next Payments and Capacity Product Manager to help accelerate the growth of Twilio's <Pay> and capacity products, ensuring PCI compliance and updating our capacity product set for cloud scale growth.

Requirements

• Education in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science or similar
• Experience writing requirements for a software feature or solution for an internal or external customers
• Demonstrated experience working with big data sets and using tools such as writing SQL queries, sheets, or similar
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and will roll up sleeves to get the job done
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Responsibilities

• Own Twilio's PCI compliance, keeping us ensuring we pass annual audits
• Manage relationships with payment processor partners
• Expand payment capture to additional communication channels beyond voice
• Monetize payment connectors
• Grow and iterate on Twilio's capacity products like CPS
