Summary

Join Iterable as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product marketing strategy. You will be responsible for positioning our products, driving demand, and ensuring customers understand the value of our solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, enablement, and marketing, to drive growth and revenue. Lead product launches, create go-to-market plans, conduct market research, and gather customer feedback to refine product positioning. Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years experience in a product marketing position for an enterprise software/SaaS start-up, preferably with a technical background
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and translating tech
  • Ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, working with marketing and sales to build a healthy pipeline while increasing the velocity and rate of closing deals
  • Great written and oral communication skills to evangelize Iterable
  • Ability to effectively partner with all functions from engineering and product to sales and marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers, addressing their pain points and needs
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including product guides, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Lead the successful launch of new products and features, ensuring a coordinated effort across all teams
  • Partner with the Enablement team to provide the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively sell our products, including training, sales presentations, and competitive intelligence
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates, including pricing strategies, distribution channels, and sales enablement
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Work closely with the product management team to align product marketing strategies with the product roadmap. Provide valuable input on feature prioritization based on market demand and customer feedback
  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to refine product positioning and inform product development decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably held the role of Technical product marketer or Technical product marketing previously
  • Experience using email marketing, mobile push, and/or marketing automation tools
