The ideal candidate possesses extensive B2B SaaS experience and a passion for driving product strategy and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing with 2+ years in B2B SaaS
- An ownership mindset, bias to action, and high agency to take a proactive role in shaping product strategy and customer engagement
- Able to balance strategy with execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Desire to immerse yourself in the world of sales workflows, specifically CPQ, buyer journeys, CRM integrations, quoting software, and subscription management tools
- Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation, while maintaining consistent brand voice across a variety of channels
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, to work collaboratively, and to create and improve processes. Willingness to establish best-in-class processes
- A passion for startup culture and spearheading rapid change
Responsibilities
- Architect GTM success. Define GTM strategies with clear and measurable goals; work with Product to design and execute our beta programs and launch calendar; partner with our Revenue and Corporate marketing teams to drive awareness and adoption; and enable our Sales teams for commercial success
- Be a storyteller. Have deep empathy for users and adapt communication to engage your audience with positioning and narratives that differentiate PandaDoc. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Translate technical products into compelling launch stories that resonate internally and externally
- Lead with data. Be comfortable using Tableau and Salesforce to develop insights and pair them with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view. Use data to take our products to market and to optimize and improve what weβve already launched. Tackle pricing and packaging questions, work with other team members to craft revenue targets, and contextualize data into actionable next steps
- Create standout assets. Translate complex products into simple, digestible content for both sales and customers. Create product-focused content like blog posts, sales collateral, and landing pages that lead our target audiences to understand and adopt our solutions. Create sales enablement content like product trainings, demo scripts, and discovery questions that resonate with our sellers and help them identify high-quality opportunities. Test, iterate, and optimize on this content
- Lead cross-functional projects for maximum impact. Lead and mentor those around you. Manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams across a range of disciplines on track. Rally team members of all backgrounds and disciplines around our products while honoring our values of empathy and fun
