Requirements
- 7+ years as a Product Owner with significant time spent leading E-Commerce products
- Ability to conceptualize, prioritize and lead multiple projects for stakeholders
- Balance multiple projects, mitigate risk and meet deadlines
- Excellent collaborator who partners cross functionally with other teams to deliver new features that satisfy customer needs
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in production troubleshooting
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details
- Customer-oriented approach with a strong understanding of a sense of urgency
- Strong technical interest and understanding of IT processes
- Good communicator, with the ability to ask and listen β also to what is not being said
- Intercultural competence
- High integrity, and facilitation of open, honest communication
- Must be a team player with a positive and can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Build an effective regional product roadmap to prioritize important features properly according to the business goals with further implementation across the markets in the APAC region
- Consolidate marketβs business needs into new product concepts, with further discovery and execution
- Balance new product features and tech debt, and bug fixes to ensure high velocity and a stable product
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to determine the best path forward to realize the product vision, new features
- Produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
- Prepare product specifications, use cases, and provide inputs for the development team
- Groom, prioritize, and manage the team backlog based on business value and input from the stakeholders
- Provide iterative feedback on development activities within the Scrum practices
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint & release plannings, and demo sessions
- Demonstrate produced value from completed sprints to the business and relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to Go-To-Market activities for new features executed by development team
Preferred Qualifications
- Software developer or QA background would be a plus
- Agile Product Owner certification desired
