Senior Product Researcher

Summary

Join Level Access, a leader in digital accessibility, as a Senior Product Researcher. You will use qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform product strategy, improve user engagement, and enhance accessibility solutions. Requirements

• Shown experience in UX/product research, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods
• Proficiency in qualitative research methods like in-depth interviews and usability testing
• Proficiency in survey design, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and behavioural data mining
• Experience with analyzing large datasets using programming languages SQL, R, Python, or analytics platforms
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate research insights in compelling, memorable ways that drive clear action

Responsibilities

• Design and implement research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Study user behaviour, product performance, and customer insights to make strategic decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research into actionable recommendations
• Support UX improvements, product engagement, and retention efforts
• Contribute to the process of synthesizing recommendations based on internal and external insights
• Lead and support research initiatives across discovery and validation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude
• Knowledge of accessibility
• Background in experimental design and causal inference methodologies
