Summary

GLT is seeking a Senior Program Analyst with at least 10 years of experience in project management or program analysis. The successful candidate will work with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, coordinate with other departments, and manage customer consultations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication skills, organizational skills, excellent time management skills, proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, analytical thinking, and the ability to pass public trust clearance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of related project management or program analyst experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint required
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
  • US resident with an ability to pass public trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining client's project status slide briefings
  • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining project schedules
  • Developing project scopes, project management plans, and other project documents
  • Developing and updating requirements documents, and statements of work
  • Developing and updating comments resolution matrices
  • Documenting and distributing meeting minutes and action items
  • Tracking and monitoring action items for reporting through completion
  • Utilizing collaboration site to track minutes, action items, assist in the response to requests for status, and maintaining the team site's content to ensure it is relevant, accurate, and up to date
  • Managing, drafting and coordinating responses to requests in a timely manner
  • Manage requirements and expectations of customers and stakeholders
  • Seeking the necessary approvals for responses, as needed
  • Capturing requirements from meetings
  • Managing customer's consultation process to include coordinating engagement meetings and follow-ups
  • Developing and updating project schedules for new initiatives
  • Reviewing project budgets, vendor proposals and tracking project expenditures
  • Performing administrative functions, such as email correspondence, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and composing correspondence
  • Performing analysis of functional areas to recommend changes, when necessary
  • Researching best practices and highlighting techniques and/or tools that will fit the needs for an enhanced IT governance posture

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
  • Construction knowledge a plus
  • Experience with logistical move
  • Commercial furniture design, procurement, and management experience
