Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a client success, customer experience, or account management role, with a proven ability to align stakeholders cross-departmentally, including engineering, product, marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable engaging with executives, partners, and customers, with the ability to lead without direct authority and foster collaboration
- Be a natural at translating business objectives into actionable plans, proactively identifying risks, and implementing solutions while driving measurable impact
- Be a communication guru and excel at presenting data-driven insights to executives and stakeholders to help guide decision making
- Be able to navigate change and ambiguity, shifting priorities and maintaining focus under pressure while continuously driving improvements

Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand goals, challenges, and align strategies with UZURVβs capabilities
- Develop and execute tailored strategies that drive client success and optimize outcomes
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs
- Oversee project planning, timelines, and KPIs to align with client and organizational goals
- Serve as a strategic liaison, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on project progress, key insights, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring program milestones and quality expectations are met
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving client and business growth
- Implement best practices and client feedback to enhance engagement and program effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally to ensure continuous alignment with client needs and operational priorities
- Lead discussions on lessons learned, sharing insights to foster ongoing innovation and improvement
- Develop structured plans to track and manage initiatives
- Ensure seamless, transparent communication across teams and clients
- Track program success with data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive reports
- Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies
- Standardize best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
