Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business systems analysis or a related field
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques
- Experience with SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Clay, Segment or other commercial tools
- Familiarity with system integration methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
- Contribute to the IT Commercial strategy, aligning your team's activities with overall business objectives
- Oversee the process of gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders across commercial teams
- Guide the design and implementation of technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Manage the delivery of projects related to business applications, ensuring on-time and within budget execution
- Collaborate with vendors to address technical issues, negotiate contracts, and stay informed about product updates and new features
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team, providing regular feedback and performance reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the technology industry, preferably with a focus on commercial operations
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or similar methodologies
- Relevant certifications in project management or business analysis
