You will consolidate plans from various departments and actively participate in program management. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of consulting/program management experience in healthcare, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or program management ideally with a focus on operational improvements with a healthcare insurer or healthcare system
- Industry experience in Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Systems
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PPT, and MS Project
- Strong leadership, stakeholder, and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with all levels of stakeholders including C-level management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and at times, high-pressure environment
- Works with a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks and facilitate desired outcomes
- Ability to think analytically, process information quickly, presenting it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives
- Expert PowerPoint skills in creating executive-level presentations
- Proven experience in executive communication
- Bachelorβs degree or commensurate experience
Responsibilities
- Create compelling and quality PowerPoint presentations with quick turnaround
- Create and deliver executive strategy, planning, and roadmap documents in collaboration with the executive team
- Consolidate plans and content from across various departments into meaningful, informative points of view
- Understand program and workstream project plans and dig into all work areas as an active and engaged team member
- Display informed judgment and a sense of urgency in meeting objectives and matters of significance
