Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or program management ideally with a focus on operational improvements with a healthcare insurer or healthcare system
  • Industry experience in Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PPT, and MS Project
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder, and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with all levels of stakeholders including C-level management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and at times, high-pressure environment
  • Works with a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks and facilitate desired outcomes
  • Ability to think analytically, process information quickly, presenting it in a succinct and insightful format suitable for executives
  • Expert PowerPoint skills in creating executive-level presentations
  • Proven experience in executive communication
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and quality PowerPoint presentations with quick turnaround
  • Create and deliver executive strategy, planning, and roadmap documents in collaboration with the executive team
  • Consolidate plans and content from across various departments into meaningful, informative points of view
  • Understand program and workstream project plans and dig into all work areas as an active and engaged team member
  • Display informed judgment and a sense of urgency in meeting objectives and matters of significance
