Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of managing multiple brands or clients and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience driving Ecommerce Strategy (hands-on, and in leading teams who manage ecommerce sites)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop with Program Managers comprehensive sales strategies, on ecommerce sites, to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins across multiple clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities and threats
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Review & approve strategic goals to drive business growth and new opportunities that align with their goals
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, managing communication, resolving issues, and leveraging insights to foster long-term partnerships and achieve mutual business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Program Managers and Program Coordinators - providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages innovation and accountability
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Oversee the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing opportunities for revenue generation
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve financial goals
  • Monitor sales expenditures and margins, implementing cost-control measures as needed
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and opportunities
