Summary

Join StackAdapt as a Client Services Manager and play a key role in post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption, campaign management, and account growth. You will collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams to maximize customer ROI. This role leverages your RTB/Programmatic media buying expertise to optimize campaigns and develop unique solutions. Based remotely anywhere in the UK, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, identifying upselling opportunities and designing effective campaign strategies. Success in this position requires proven client relationship management skills and experience with various advertising platforms. Requirements

  • Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
  • Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue
  • The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
  • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
  • Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency
  • Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimisations to meet identified KPIs
  • Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
  • Optimise campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analysing campaign performance on a regular basis
  • In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
  • Travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with complex databases
  • Knowledge base of APIs and web app integration services
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within their region
