You will oversee the installation and commissioning of solar and energy storage projects, managing schedules, budgets, and quality control. You will conduct regular site visits, manage vendor payments, and identify process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in C&I solar project management, including multi-state project experience. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of total experience with at least 3+ years of experience in C&I solar project management
  • Experience managing construction of C&I PV rooftop, ground mount and carport projects
  • Multi-state installation experience of C&I projects with an understanding of multi-state requirements
  • Experience managing projects with BESS, EV and other non-PV elements
  • Experience managing multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized individual
  • Innovative and organized self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Energetic and driven personality who thrives in a high-paced, dynamic, small-company environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee EPC scope of work during bidding, construction and commissioning phases
  • Hold EPCs accountable to high standards and project schedules
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, QA/QC inspections, and change order requests
  • Review and approve EPC submittals
  • Lead project reporting and updates, and proactively identify and address potential issues
  • Coordinate with Coast project teams and client contacts
  • Conduct regular site visits for quality assurance and safety standards
  • Maintain budget versus actual cost build-ups, ensuring projects remain on budget
  • Provide proactive communication with Coast leadership on project progress and potential challenges
  • Manage vendor payments and contract negotiations
  • Identify and implement improvements in internal operations and construction management processes
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices and industry standards
  • Collaborate with Coast team members on EPC pricing, contract negotiation and due diligence
  • Prepared and excited to be in the field regularly for site visits for national projects
  • Available for periodic travel to the Coast HQ office if remote, or in-office Tuesday – Thursday if local when not in the field

Benefits

  • $145k - $165k base salary + annual performance bonus
