Summary
Join NewRocket, a leading ServiceNow partner, as a Senior Project Manager to lead and guide technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. Requirements
- 8-12 years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience
- Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables
- Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles
- Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined b adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline
- Have had oversight of economics of project plans and provided actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards
- Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Define project scope and objectives and communication plans
- Plan project stages and assess business implication for each stage
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
- Assign resources, timelines and schedule for assigned projects
- Facilitate crew and customer meetings
- Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope
- Mitigate risks and dependencies
- Manage solutions using Agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools
- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Ensure quality control standards
- Measure and report team progress
