Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing internal and external relationship management
• 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams in a direct or matrixed capacity
• 2+ years of industry experience in one of the following verticals: Financial, Professional Services, Technology Services, Media, Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, Telecommunications, or Government
• Proficient with Atlassian and Google products and can successfully implement all aspects of agile
• Experience managing delivery risks by addressing exceptions and making thoughtful escalations
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and mentor, demonstrating professional etiquette in all interactions
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including client executive teams
• Ability to incorporate the voice of the customer and your peers into process, product, and professional development
• Knowledgeable in AI/cognitive and machine learning domains

Responsibilities

• Have a firm understanding and commitment to the end-to-end plan to accomplish client engagement goals
• Manage multiple, active work streams with clients and serve as their trusted liaison
• Build a project plan using our standard implementation template to deliver on the cognitive use case implementation
• Lead daily stand-ups to elicit discipline toward delivering results
• Write, defend, and execute business cases and value propositions
• Solve complex business problems through top-down thinking
