Senior Project Manager

Summary

Responsibilities

• Own project timelines, scope, and delivery across multiple teams
• Keep teams focused, aligned, and accountable in Asana, Jira, Notion, or similar tools
• Set up workflows, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met—no surprises
• Identify risks early and problem-solve before they become issues
• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders—clear, concise updates only
• Improve processes to make things more efficient, not just maintain the status quo
