Senior QA Analyst

Summary

Join SFR3, a real estate investment fund, as a 10x Sr. QA Analyst and champion software quality that directly enables the team to tackle critical business challenges. You will leverage cutting-edge AI to accelerate quality assurance, design and execute robust test strategies, own bug triage and prioritization, and analyze test coverage, system performance, and release metrics. The role requires proficiency in scripting languages, strong product sensibilities, and an AI-first mindset. Experience in real estate is not required, but a motivation to understand the work and build the right tools is essential. You'll work remotely with a focus on independence and responsibility, collaborating with a pod of seasoned business owners and product experts.

• Have proficiency in scripting languages. You’re comfortable working closely with backend services and can jump in to write test scripts, maintain frameworks, and debug issues

• Have an AI-first mindset. You’re eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible in QA with AI, from automated test generation to predictive maintenance and beyond

• Have working timezone overlaps at least 5 working hours with US Eastern

Responsibilities

• Leverage cutting-edge AI to accelerate quality assurance. You’ll experiment with and adopt modern AI tools—like large language models, automated test generation platforms, and predictive analytics—to streamline test coverage and ensure we squash bugs before they ever see production
• Design and execute robust test strategies. From crafting comprehensive test plans to refining automated suites, you’ll ensure the backbone of our platform remains rock-solid. Whether you’re verifying AI-driven resource optimization models or validating integrations with external SaaS, your focus on quality underpins everything
• Own bug triage and prioritization. We constantly ship features and iterate, so you’ll work closely with users and developers to catch issues early, define risk levels, and help chart the course for quality improvements
• Analyze test coverage, system performance, and release metrics. We’re committed to continuous improvement. You’ll gather data on test effectiveness, track performance in production, and spot opportunities to enhance our QA pipelines—always seeking ways to eliminate inefficiencies and drive business results
