Senior R&D Operations Analyst in Ireland

Summary

The job is for a Sr. R&D Operations Analyst at Globalization Partners. The role involves collaborating with Product and Technology leaders to design and implement tooling that supports the PDLC and providing recurring analysis and insights into the operating performance within R&D. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role, a BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field, Agile Certification, and experience with industry-standard project management software products.

Requirements

• 5+ years applicable experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Technology leaders to design and implement tooling that supports our planning framework and process
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into planning & execution
• Provide recurring analysis and insights into our operating performance within R&D
• Ensure the PDLC efficiently delivers valuable solutions to our business needs and continually adapts to the needs of the organization
• Establish and communicate best practices to the organization via documentation and training

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile Certification (such as, Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA))
• Experience with industry-standard project management software products such as Jira, Google Suite etc
• Experience with analytical tools such as Jellyfish, Tableau etc
