Grafana is hiring a detail-oriented Senior Global Billing Operations Analyst to join their team and support the company's growth. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Netsuite
• Ability to manage projects independently and solve problems creatively
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and departments
• Self-motivated with a knack for managing priorities and thriving under pressure

Responsibilities

• Execute cash application and reconciliation procedures with precision
• Manage billing adjustments and customer data reconciliation across multiple systems
• Efficiently handle the billing ticket queue and oversee billing and collections for our self-serve customer base
• Lead the successful onboarding of Grafana as a vendor for new clients
• Assist with billing analysis, monthly GL account reconciliation, and AR aging analysis
• Foster strong relationships with various teams and undertake special projects as needed
• Identify and resolve root cause issues in billing and collections processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketplace Channel offerings: AWS, GCP, or Azure offerings OR someone who possesses the drive and aptitude for analyzing and interpreting reports
• Prior experience with Zendesk is a plus
