Senior Revenue Operations Analyst in United States

Summary

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Vanta is responsible for driving key results for the Channel/ Partner team, improving partner forecasting motion, building operating rhythms, project managing new process deployment, identifying gaps in GTM motion, working cross-functionally to capture requirements and deliver enhancements, and developing best in class operating metrics. The role requires proven project management skills, strong business aptitude, problem solving capabilities, proficient communications skills, advanced SFDC reporting skills, experience in key operations functions, stakeholder management and communication, and experience with MSP models and industry best practices for Partnership Operations.

Requirements

• Proven project management skills
• Strong business aptitude, understanding of marketing, sales and customer success business needs that drive system requirements
• Proven problem solving capabilities - Ability to find a business challenge, define the revenue and/or customer impact, and creating the project plan and measurements to improve
• Proficient communications skills and examples to where individual has challenged/ made recommendations to the executive leadership
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfortable with analyzing and modeling large data sets
• Advanced SFDC reporting skills
• Experience in key operations functions and strong point of views on where updates can be made on: Forecasting, Territory Planning + Management, Compensation Planning + Management
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with MSP models and industry best practices for Partnership Operations

Responsibilities

• Driving key results for Vanta's Channel/ Partner team in the form of booking net new revenue, monetizing Vanta’s Partners, and reducing churn
• Improving and iterating on Vanta’s partner forecasting motion
• Building key operating rhythms and expectations for Vanta’s Channel Manager and partner team
• Project managing net new process deployment
