Senior Real Estate Partnerships Associate

Join Blueground, a leading provider of short-term rentals, as we shape the future of living. We're currently seeking a Senior Real Estate Partnerships Associate to support our growth in the San Francisco/Bay Area market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or an adjacent/related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in multifamily or commercial real estate
• Knowledge of the San Francisco multifamily market
• Strong communication skills and with an eye-to-detail approach

Responsibilities

• Researching and sourcing qualified multifamily owners, operators and assets in the market as strategic targets for our portfolio
• Creating a business development plan for your market and networking with local, regional, and institutional multifamily firms
• Pitching Blueground’s value proposition as a multifamily partner and the benefits our product and services offer to developers, investors and management firms
• Negotiating contracts with our prospective and existing multifamily partners in accordance with company procedures
• Managing our existing portfolio of properties, including contract renewals, overseeing data integration into our property management system, and any ad hoc analyses and projects
