Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the fintech or regulated industry
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for non-technical roles, including back-office shared services and operations
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its regulatory landscape
- Experience in global hiring and sourcing talent from diverse geographical locations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for non-technical and operational roles
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry-specific resources
- Fintech Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the fintech industry and its regulatory environment to identify and attract candidates with relevant skills and experience
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across various departments, providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Global Hiring: Utilize your experience in global hiring to source and recruit talent from diverse geographical locations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Engineering Support: Provide recruitment support for engineering roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to adapt to varying hiring needs
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
