Senior Recruiter

You will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional talent. As a subject matter expert, you will provide consultative direction to hiring leaders and mentor team members. This remote position in Malaysia offers flexible work hours (9 AM - 6 PM). The role requires significant recruiting experience in APAC and familiarity with recruitment technologies. You will lead intake meetings, collaborate on recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, and consult on market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant recruiting experience in APAC (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Japan, Australia), with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATSs, local job boards, and social media tools
• Proven experience in recruiting for high profile roles in a matrix organization

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines
• Consult hiring leader on market trends, recruitment efforts and candidate landscape
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent business English (written and verbal) is required, any additional Asian language is a strong plus
