• Experienced Recruiter: You bring 3-6 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally from a tech company, startup, or agency
• Innovative Problem-Solver: You enjoy coming up with creative solutions to source hard-to-find candidates and thrive in a competitive talent market
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: You excel at managing multiple sourcing projects and priorities, and your meticulous attention to detail ensures candidates are thoroughly vetted
• Data Enthusiast: You understand the value of data in recruiting and use it to drive decision-making and enhance sourcing strategies
• Strong Communicator: You’re a persuasive communicator who can engage with candidates at all levels, building rapport and trust through every interaction

Responsibilities

• Lead Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates across diverse functions and industries
• Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct detailed market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent pools
• Build and Manage Talent Pipelines: Proactively source passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline that meets Angi’s current and future hiring needs
• Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates to build relationships, providing an outstanding experience from initial outreach through to the final stages of the recruitment process
• Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage sourcing metrics and data to assess and improve recruitment performance, while refining outreach strategies based on market feedback and trends
• Collaborative Recruiting: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing goals, candidate profiles, and market insights, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
• Continual Innovation: Constantly evaluate new tools, platforms, and sourcing methods to ensure Angi remains at the forefront of talent acquisition

Benefits

• The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience and performance
