Requirements

- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You excel at managing multiple sourcing projects and priorities, and your meticulous attention to detail ensures candidates are thoroughly vetted
- Data Enthusiast: You understand the value of data in recruiting and use it to drive decision-making and enhance sourcing strategies
- Strong Communicator: Youβre a persuasive communicator who can engage with candidates at all levels, building rapport and trust through every interaction
Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates across diverse functions and industries
- Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct detailed market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent pools
- Build and Manage Talent Pipelines: Proactively source passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline that meets Angiβs current and future hiring needs
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates to build relationships, providing an outstanding experience from initial outreach through to the final stages of the recruitment process
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage sourcing metrics and data to assess and improve recruitment performance, while refining outreach strategies based on market feedback and trends
- Collaborative Recruiting: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing goals, candidate profiles, and market insights, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
- Continual Innovation: Constantly evaluate new tools, platforms, and sourcing methods to ensure Angi remains at the forefront of talent acquisition

- The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience and performance
