  • Strong Communicator: You’re a persuasive communicator who can engage with candidates at all levels, building rapport and trust through every interaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates across diverse functions and industries
  • Research & Talent Mapping: Conduct detailed market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent pools
  • Build and Manage Talent Pipelines: Proactively source passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline that meets Angi’s current and future hiring needs
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates to build relationships, providing an outstanding experience from initial outreach through to the final stages of the recruitment process
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage sourcing metrics and data to assess and improve recruitment performance, while refining outreach strategies based on market feedback and trends
  • Collaborative Recruiting: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing goals, candidate profiles, and market insights, ensuring a seamless recruitment process
  • Continual Innovation: Constantly evaluate new tools, platforms, and sourcing methods to ensure Angi remains at the forefront of talent acquisition

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience and performance
