Summary

Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Interface.ai, where you'll work directly with leadership to scope headcount and own the hiring process from front-to-back. As a key member of our team, you'll bring your hunter mentality to source and identify strong candidates that will help Interface reach our growth goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience of in-house recruiting at startups with a high bar for talent
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS recruiting
  • 2+ years of startup experience
  • Detail-oriented approach to everything you do
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and use logic to make informed decisions
  • Emotional intelligence, a competitive spirit, and a collaborative team mentality
  • Elegant verbal and written communication skills that you flex to match your audience
  • Savvy negotiation skills and excel at influencing and negotiating the close

Responsibilities

  • Bring your hunter mentality to source and identify strong candidates that will help Interface reach our growth goals leveraging Teamable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our CRM tools
  • Work with leadership and hiring teams across GTM, G&A, and Professional Services to fill gaps in their teams
  • Experiment with new sourcing and talent attraction techniques while simultaneously providing a healthy pipeline of candidates to hiring teams
  • Scale Interface's Engineering and Product functions in multiples to meet our customers' needs
  • Craft thoughtful messages (and sequences) that capture the attention of passive talent and call them to act on connecting for an exploratory conversation
  • Thoroughly screen and sell candidates on Interface's mission, and provide a transparent overview of the opportunity and the unique challenges each role provides
  • Meticulously update the ATS (Greenhouse)- and more importantly- provide candidates with status updates as you shepherd them through the interview process and help us build a world-class team
  • Work on talent attraction, talent ops, and employer-branding initiatives that help position Interface.ai as an employer of choice
  • Be a DEI advocate: Source a diverse pipeline and ensure we have strong representation at all stages of the funnel and work with hiring managers and their teams to craft a standard, consistent interview process; incrementally improving our existing processes
