Requirements

• Proven experience in a recruitment firm
• A track record of succeeding in a similar job would be required
• Leadership abilities, confidence in leading in interactions
• Independent and proactive, bringing energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness
• Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach
• Professional demeanor, capable of impressing clients and partners internationally
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in IT - Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and Slides

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates
• Collaborate with our research team to develop innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Stay informed about market trends and recruitment technologies to implement best practices in talent acquisition
• Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process
• Initiate and build relationships with recruitment agencies worldwide
• Communicate Keller's value proposition effectively to potential partners in various regions
• Expand our international partnership network, focusing on creating mutually beneficial agreements
