Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in the field of ABA, specifically in a multi disciplinary agency
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Minimum of 4 years managing and/or leading teams in a clinical setting and possesses a strong acumen for ABA operations and overall ABA program management
  • Experience managing a region of at least 3 ABA centers
  • Demonstrated experience managing a book of business of gross annual revenue of 5MillionUSD or more
  • Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Essentials for Living, FBA, etc.)
  • Proven and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead Site or Area Directors and regional teams, providing direction and inspiring leadership that represents MeBe’s core values
  • Coach, supervise, and mentor Directors and their supervisory teams , fostering long-term development and growth
  • Lead initiatives that align with organizational goals, implementing and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Participate in strategic planning along with COO to ensure the direction of the business is appropriate and positioned to achieve its goals
  • Identify and manage BCBA/BT staffing needs, ensuring monthly and quarterly hiring targets are met with qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Senior Management on recruitment, selection, hiring, termination, and coaching regional staff
  • Oversee implementation of and adherence to company’s policies and procedures
  • Participate in the development, forecasting and re-forecasting of the Annual budget
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly budgeted numbers, including but not limited to hours, profit, and net income
  • Hold Directors accountable for productivity, billable goals, and scheduling metrics, driving improvement in these key areas
  • Create and implement financial action items for each site, ensuring monthly progress
  • Work alongside cross-functional leaders in Revenue Cycle, Contracts/Credentialing, Scheduling, and Client Services to address region needs and meet goals
  • Participate in regional administrative meetings, workgroups, task forces, and best-practices sessions to drive organizational change
  • Review reports and dashboards, using data to drive priorities and maintain high productivity and positive financial results
  • Make robust, data-driven decisions that elevate financial and operational performance
  • Stay current on new research, trends, and developments in ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related fields to ensure best practices
