Summary

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing a Customer Success Platform
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration and workflows
  • Proficiency in using middleware tools like Zapier or similar to automate workflows
  • Proficiency in using CRMs/CSPs to build reports and dashboards for commercial teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Improve tools like our Customer Success Platform
  • Automate repetitive tasks
  • Define better processes
  • Fix or redesign systems or workflows that create bottlenecks
  • Analyze data to monitor team performance and identify inefficiencies
  • Work closely with the Provider Success team to understand their needs
  • Work with RevOps and technical teams to implement solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Vitally.io
  • Salesforce Admin Certificate
  • Experience administering compensation plans
  • Background in high-growth startups, preferably marketplace or healthtech businesses
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and SQL
